My... hygienist, Emilia, is so kind and sweet and always shows so much interest in what's going on with me. I’ve visited this office a handful of times so far and I’ve had a great experience with every receptionist, hygienist,... and dentist I’ve come in contact with! Everyone seems genuinely happy to work there and seem like a great team. Emilia was especially great cleaning my teeth and giving straightforward suggestions for even better cavity prevention—after the dentist finished my checkup she went above and beyond to look up a certain type of gum that would help get remaining food out of my deep, uneven back molars. She was so friendly. Also the patient/office communication is on point thanks to their Weave software. Highly recommend!read more

Aspen Heights Dental is by far the best dentist I have ever been too. They are very professional and great at making... sure to answer any of your questions. I feel like they keep up to date on their equipment and stay away from out dated tools. Their space also seems to be very clean. They have a TV to keep you entertained with Netflix or Disney+. Emilia is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever been to! She is super attuned to your comfort while she is cleaning your... teeth and checks in to see if any tools are causing any discomfort during the process. She has excellent bedside manners and is the primary reason I keep coming back for regular cleanings In spite of sensitive teeth (I had jaw surgery years ago). Their front staff is super friendly as well. If you’re looking for consistent service with your routine checkups I highly recommend this place.read more

I have never been to a dental office as friendly and amazing as this one! Every person from the front desk to the... assistants to the dentist really cared about me. They were friendly and we got a long great. After my first cleaning (which was the best, most informative cleaning ever) I had to go back for some work on three teeth. Well, I guess I don’t take to the numbing shots so well and it needed 4 shots for it to work. I felt bad that I was a difficult patient but they were so kind and understanding about it. I ended up needing the laughing gas because I was so intolerant to the shots. After it was all done they really made me feel like I was their best patient. I will never go to another dentist from here on! You need to go! You won’t regret it!read more

These guys did a fabulous job at customer service. They gave me options and made sure I was comfortable. Instead of... telling me what is going to happen, we have conversations about what the concerns there were and what the fixes were. These guys never pushed me into getting something done. I set up an appointment to get my semi-annual free teeth cleaning, which was covered by insurance (I checked with them... and with my insurance to make sure they were a covered provider). A month later I got a $70 bill because the dentist ran x-rays on me that weren't part of the cleaning. When I called and asked about it the office told me the dentist had to run the x-rays because I hadn't had one done in awhile. Never at any point was I asked if I wanted those x-rays done, nor was I told that it wasn't part of the free cleaning that my insurance covered. I contacted my insurance and they told me that they cover the basic free cleaning parts of the appointment, but because those x-rays aren't part of the cleaning they aren't covered. I asked why the office ran those and they said that they needed to be run every couple years. I asked that since I only wanted the cleaning, and since they didn't tell me beforehand that they would be an additional cost, if they could waive those fees but they didn't. After trying to call the dentist himself and get him to waive it for 3 months I ended up paying for it myself.The teeth cleaning was great though, and staff was friendly. Just would like to be notified when I am receiving an extra service that isn't covered by insurance. When I sign up for a teeth cleaning, and both the dentist office and insurance tell me it'll be free, I expect it to not take 6 months and hours on the phone to resolve.read more

I was referred by a friend to go to this dental office. First off the receptionist and dental hygienist are very... friendly and make you feel comfortable. They will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Twice now my husband and I had a bad tooth. They got us in immediately and the dentist took care of the issue.The dentist took the time to make sure I was comfortable and not in any pain while filling a cavity , pulling a tooth, or when I was having a root canal.The work they do is very professional.read more
