Brett Richins, DMD
After earning his bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from University of Utah in 2008, Dr. Richins received his doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 2012. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental
Association, the Utah Dental Association, and the Academy of LDS Dentists.
Dr. Richins took advanced courses in Endodontics, Oral Diagnosis and Treatment Planning, Anesthesiology, and Implantology at the University of Pittsburgh. He received multiple scholarships while in Dental School and was in the top of his class. He has also done humanitarian dentistry in under served areas of Jamaica and Appalachia.
Dr. Richins and his wife have been married for 10 years and have three children. He loves spending as much time with his family as possible. He also enjoys camping, hiking, snowboarding, mountain biking or anything else that involves the outdoors. He is very personable and loves interacting with patients. We are sure that you will enjoy his kind demeanor, his ability to communicate with patients, and his skilled and gentle practice of dentistry.
Christopher J. Dorny, DMD
A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Christopher “C.J.” Dorny was born and raised in the state of Utah. In dental school, Dr. Dorny graduated near the top of his class and was elected as a class officer. While attending the University of Pittsburgh, Dr. Dorny took advanced courses in Oral Surgery, Oral Pathology, and Anesthesiology. Prior to dental school, he attended Skyline High School and the University of Utah.
He began his private practice in Ogden, Utah at Aspen Hills Dental. As a practicing dentist Dr. Dorny believes in the importance of receiving constant training and utilizing the latest technologies. Each year he goes far beyond the required number of hours of training. He has received additional training in Endodontics, Cosmetic Dentistry, as well as completing an implant residency course. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Dorny’s focus of care is general family and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Dorny is married to Megan Dorny and he has five children. When he is not practicing dentistry, he enjoys hiking, playing tennis, and watching the Utah Jazz. You can find Dr. Dorny on Google+.
